Fig + Yarrow: Cardamom and Coffee Body Scrub

I was tempted to bury the lead but who has time for that. I love everything about this product – how well it works, its clean credentials, the texture, the smell, the minimal gender-neutral packaging. It's one of those things that you use once and then the next day you find yourself texting your girlfriends a photo of your legs, captioned: 'Do you SEE how good my skin looks? Here is a link. Buy some immediately.'

Formulated from a blend of cane sugar, olive oil, finely-ground arabica coffee beans, castor oil, cocoa butter, shea butter, coconut oil, vitamin E, rosemary leaf extract and cardamom essential oil, the scrub is 100% natural and almost entirely organic.

The granules of cane sugar make it very coarse – perfect for sloughing off a winter's worth of dead skin – while the caffeine in the coffee beans works to improve circulation and reduce the appearance of cellulite.

I like to use it once a week, after dry brushing. I emulsify a little between my palms and massage it into my skin with small circular movements before washing it off in the shower. [NOTE: It doesn't stain the tub ... just be sure to keep it away from your white towels.] My skin is very sensitive so I try not to overdo it but the moisturising ingredients mitigate the effects of the exfoliants without leaving behind even a hint of greasiness. Since adding this into my routine I haven't had to apply lotion once – I can honestly say that my skin has never felt softer or smoother. Here is a link. Buy some immediately. ;)
