Overnight Oats

INGREDIENTS

75g Rolled Porridge Oats
25g Jumbo Porridge Oats
250ml Almond Milk
Half an Apple, grated
30g Raisins

Toppings of your choice.

METHOD

1. Place the rolled oats and jumbo oats in a large bowl.

2. Cover with almond milk and stir.

3. Add the grated apple and raisins and stir again.

4. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

5. Decant into serving bowls and top with fruit, granola, nuts, nut butter and seeds.

6. Return to bed.
