Tata Harper: Moisturizing Mask

It's no secret that I love leave-on moisturising masks. Pick a good one and you can quickly (and effortlessly...) undo a long, stressful, no-good day's worth of damage. One of my new favourites is Tata Harper's Moisturizing Mask.

Made from a blend of biocompatible hyaluronic acid, cold-pressed oils and Tata's signature Beauty Complex, the rich, skin-nourishing, non-comedogenic moisturiser can be used in one of two ways: in the daytime, massage 1–2 pumps into clean skin and leave it to sink in for 10–15 minutes before wiping off the excess and applying make-up as normal; in the evening, apply the same amount and let it sink in for 30 minutes before going to bed – the active ingredients in the mask work as you sleep to hydrate skin and reduce the appearance of fine lines.

Although the mask is light enough to wear under make-up – the warmth of your skin turns it from a milky cream to almost oil-like – I prefer to use it as an overnight treatment. After just one use my skin tone was more consistent and the redness by which I have been plagued for months was practically non-existent. With regular use you'll find you can get away with less and less concealer and/or foundation – perfect for those who like to go minimal on their beauty routine.
